We got information about requirements of medicine & some essential items for Monk live in “Kuti” in near Wakarusa village. We arrange all medicine & other essential items in very short period of time. We plan to visit there on 2nd August. We plan to visit “Kukulamalapotha Kutiya” also on same trip. We start our journey on August 1st midnight & reached to Wakarusa village around 5.45 a.m. “Kutiya” situated few km’s away from village. We parked our vehicle near village house & went to “Kutiya”. On our way we met the monk who coming to village for “Pindapatha Dhanaya”. We have some bread for our breakfast & we offer it as first “Dhanaya”. After that we wait till monk return back after “Pindapathaya” & when the monk came back we went to “Kutiya” with him. We clean the surround area of “Kutiya” till monk having his “Pindapatha Dhanaya”. After that we offered medicine & other essential items to him. We were able to listen Dhamma Deshana & Damma discussion over couple of hour’s time. Finally we leave from there around 11.00 a.m. Our next destination was “Kukulamalapotha” village. We reached there via Haslaka & Hettipola. Around 1.30 p.m we reached to the “Kutiya”. The monk firstly told us he willing to do “Dhamma deshana” to us until next day morning if we can wait. Not enough space in “Kutiya” premises & we asked from monk to do “Dhamma deshanawa” near the river. He agreed to it & done “Dhamma deshanawa” over couple of hours. After few hours we prepare to leave from there because we planned for return back on same day. Before leave we offer some essential items to monk. On the way to Illukkumbura we had a bath in Thelgamu Oya. Around 5.30 p.m we start our return journey & came back to home around 11.00 p.m. We had very good informations & instructions from both places. We had very different kind of experiences in this trip. We completed another valuable trip with lots of happy memories. The monks taking only one meal for whole day & live in very simple life. Comparing with our busy life style we can’t imagine their freedom. Names & closer photos of monks not publishing , because they not like expose to society. They highly appreciate loneliness & silent.
Thanks for reading.
